Home Technology Solutions has created a partnership with Residential Technologies in Charlotte, to provide it's clients and builders a one-stop place for solutions that deliver green energy.

What is a green home? A green home pays attention to energy efficiency, water and resource conservation, the use of sustainable or recycled products, and measures to protect indoor air quality. Concern for the environment is part of every decision from developing the lot to choosing the wall paint.

Although Home Technology Solutions and Residential Technologies can only deliver on a subset of all of the green home standards as specified by the National Association of Home Builders, we can help provide and guide builders on the available solutions.
