How Much Does It Cost?
The cost of installing these systems can vary greatly depending on size, features, and complexity of the installation. Nonetheless, if you are building a new home, do not pass up the opportunity to install the wiring in the walls -- even if your budget does not allow you to finish them. Home Technology Solutions has inexpensive pre-wire only packages which allow clients to run the wiring in the walls while the home is under construction, but postpone the equipment installation until budget and/or lifestyle changes allow it. Keep in mind that if the wiring is not installed during construction, costs to retrofit some if these systems can easily be twice or even three times as much.
