Country LuxuryA gorgeous home in a secluded large lot in Harrisburg. Installation included the complete integration of audio, video, security, lighting, and many other systems, all controlled from a series of UI (user interfaces) throughout the home. A number of wall mounted TVs throughout the home and touchscreens provide complete visibility and control of all systems and closed circuit cameras in the home. Additionally, the entire home is accesible remotely by the homeowners from their PDA, internet, and phones.

Dr. SmileA dentist office in Matthews that delivers quality smiles. This project included the installation of an office phone, voice mail, and automated attendant systems, a LAN for network connectivity, multiple flat panel displays in patient rooms and conference rooms, background music throughout, including iPod connections where patients can dock their own iPods while receiving treatments.

Christenbury ModelA high-end, exclusive Model Home for Provident Homes, one of our partner builders. Home Technology Solutions has model home packages available for builders to help them incorporate technology into their projects. In this case, Home Technology Solutions provided music and a personal theater into this home, in addition to structured wiring and other systems.

Country Luxury TheaterA separate project in this Harrisburg home added an 11-seat dedicated theater, complete with a HD projector, 119" screen, THX cerfied Marantz pre-amp and amplifiers, video scalers, 400-disk BluRay changer, Vudu movie server, and a 7.1 Klipsch THX certifed speaker system. Cascade Audio sound panels throughtout the room provide amazing acoustics in the room.

Home Show

Although not a project for a specific client, the 2009 Southern Home and Garden Show at the Charlotte Merchandise Mart was a great success.

Home Technology Solutions created an elaborate and interactive presentation to demonstrate the integration of management, automation, and energy solutions to Home Show visitors.

Visitors were able to operate all aspects of the exhibit including the control of lighting, music, TVs, thermostats, electric usage, solar power generation, and much more.

During the Show, HTS, along with partner Residential Technologies, raffled off a series of prizes including a gaming projector, multiple remotes, and an energy audit.

Santa DeliveryA special Christmas delivery for this client. Installation included a large LCD TV mounted over the fireplace with Artison Sketch surround sound speakers installed on the TV. Installation also included a Control4 system to operate TV and all components with a simple to use remote.

Sheridan ModelAnother view of the possibilites by using Home Technology Solutions. In this Model Home for Dublin Homes, Home Technology Solutions incorporated a number of solutions for demonstration purposes. Again, all of the obvious, a plasma over the fireplace, a finished theater, music throughout, structured wiring, and other systems shows off the builder quality.

JimboIn this project, a basement was converted to include a complete dedicated theater with ample Douglas Furniture seating for eight. Infocus HD projector, a complete set of Marantz components housed in an external Middle Atlantic rack, amongst music throughtout the home, a home management system, and much more.

Bonus ConvertedA converted Bonus Room went from a simple sitting area to a Personal Theater. Installation included a motorized Draper screen that automatically lowers to cover the window when the system is turned on. The built-in cabinet was also installed and it houses all of the equipment and speakers. Columns, crown molding, sconces, and even rope lighting all give it the necessary ambiance.

The ModelA Model Home in Mint Hill. This home created exclusively for shocasing the homes to prospective clients, features many upgrades, including technology. Home Technology Solutions provided all of the equipment in support of whole house music, plasma over the fireplace, and a full personal theater. By contrating with HTS for all of their homes, the builder's cost for this model was minimal.

Man CaveThis converted basement finished as a man cave. Home Technology Solutions helped with the installation of multiple flat panel screens in the bar and billard room, a large built-in DLP TV with a complete surround sound system, plus much more.

Casa LomaCasa Loma, includes a variety of systems installed by Home Technology Solutions. This 11,000 sqft house surrounded by 11 acres of serenity is an amazing home. HTS provided the owners with many solutions. These include music in most rooms of the home, a phone system and video intercom to communicate with the front door and remote gate at the end of a 600' driveway. And many many other features.

Builder's OwnWhat can you expect when a builder builds his own home? Well, needless to say, nothing is spared. Home Technology Solutions installed everything from music throughout the home, outside patio and pool, TVs throughout, and a full personal theater for starters. Other systems included a TV over the stone fireplace and a control system for the theater.
