They tested every single network line to make sure they worked. They got the network up and running in 30 minutes. And true to their word, the total cost was as estimated. "I called (HTS) looking to have some cable pulled to expand my home network. They punctually arrived the next day. I asked them to swap an existing voice line connection for a data which they did and only charged me for one hour, even though they were here a good 1.5 hours. Great customer service on the phone and the service technicians were skilled, clean, and very courteous."
