"I called (HTS) looking to have some cable pulled to expand my home network. They punctually arrived the next day. I asked them to swap an existing voice line connection for a data which they did and only charged me for one hour, even though they were here a good 1.5 hours. Great customer service on the phone and the service technicians were skilled, clean, and very courteous."
